What we measure

HTTP/2 lets your site load multiple resources over one connection, which makes pages noticeably faster. Most modern hosts and CDNs enable it automatically.

How to improve your score

Use any modern host or put Cloudflare/CDN in front of your site. HTTP/2 is enabled by default on virtually every managed WordPress host.

Scoring

Scoring formulas are versioned with the methodology. The current method (v1.1.0) maps raw measurements to pass, warn, fail. Factor weights determine how much each contributes to the composite — see the methodology index for the full table.
